Paddle Panic features I worked on
The Shop Menu
I made a shop menu where you can buy three different kayaks, and three different colors that you can apply to each one of the kayaks. You buy these using stars that you have collected from playing the levels.
Kayak Controllers and the Paddle Animations
There are two people in the kayak, and one of the players control the right one with the buttons on the right side of the screen, and the second player controls the other one with the buttons on the left.
There are two buttons for each player, you can either boost the kayak or brake. So it's important to communicate so not only one player paddles and the boat flips around.
The Workshop Menu
Similar layout to the Shop Menu. Here you can see all the kayaks and colors that you have bought, and you can then customize your kayak for your next level.
The Main Menu
The menu consists of a "Settings"-button, "Play"-button, "Workshop"-button and a "Credits"-button. In the settings menu you can change the volume of the music and the sound effects. When you press "Play" you get another window that shows where you can select levels.
I added a smooth transition between all the windows so that it slides in, to make it looks more professional.
